All seafarers or prospective seafarers are eligible.
Minimum qualification 10th Standard is desirable.

Certificate of fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner
Passport size photographs.

As candidates will be undergoing wet drills in the swimming pool, they must bring their towel, inner wear and change of clothes with them.
